These scopes range from very challenging and intricate campus-style designs to commercial kitchens and offices. Matt has prepared bridging, bidding, and construction documents for building owners, architects, and contractors all over the world. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Old Dominion University with further education in Computer Science at Radford University and Computer Aided Drafting and Design at New River Community College. His experience includes 5 years as lead designer and 11 years as project engineer.

James has over 15 years of experience in the design/development and construction processes for primarily multi-family residential and commercial projects. Adaptability in his previous experiences has led to versatility of the mechanical and plumbing design disciplines. Work descriptions range from construction management of commercial projects to preparation of permit plans for private and public facilities. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a minor in Mathematics. His experience includes 4 years in the field including superintendent and 11 years as project engineer.

Ryan has over 18 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. His background includes project management, construction management, facilities management, sales, and independent contracting. He has understanding of all phases of construction in both new builds and renovation, dealing with anything from carpentry to large mechanical and aquatic systems. Ryan attended The University of Georgia and Virginia Commonwealth University. His experience includes 5 years of field work, 5 years in facilities management, and 8 years in project management and construction administration.
